Summary of the flight conditions. The full general terms apply when you book.

• All flights take off and land at Adeje Heliport.
• Flights may be shared. For a private flight, all 4 seats must be booked.
• If the weather is not suitable, the route is changed, keeping the minutes and kilometres booked.
• If the time has to change, we call the phone number on the booking. Reconfirm your flight 24–48 hours before.
• Please bring an ID card or passport.
• Passengers over 110 kg must book the adjacent seat, at a 50 % discount on the flight price.
• Cancellation: from booking until 48 hours before, 50 % of the flight is charged; less than 48 hours before, 100 %.
